Who believed in you as a child? Maybe when you were a teen? Was it a teacher? A parent? A family friend? Who did you want to call when you passed that test or got into that college, or did something amazing? Can you imagine for a moment if that person wasn’t in your life? What would be different? Would you have gone for your goals? Where would you be now? 

At iSchool504, we believe that everyone is creative and can succeed. What’s difficult is that through the circumstances of life, some have gone dormant in their creativity. Because some are simply looking for their next meal to eat, they currently don’t have the capacity to think beyond their stomach.

That’s why we are a holistic organization. If someone is hungry, they can’t dream. If someone is so busy caring for younger siblings, they can’t think about themselves.

We desire to care for people not only educationally, but also physically, emotionally, medically, and psychologically. How can we do that? How can we provide these services to those who can’t afford them? It comes from gifts from other people who want to help. Sacrifice from those who can make sacrifices. Do you have a gift that can help? It could be time or money. Our gifts can help provide teachers, social workers, and others who can help others dream, to believe in themselves. We seek to bring Hondurans on our team who see the potential in people and help give the tools needed to reach that potential.
